Finding us in the Genesis Centre
The clinic is inside the Genesis Centre community facility at the corner of Falconridge Boulevard NE and 68 Street NE. There is free surface parking on site, and the Genesis Centre is served by Calgary Transit routes running through Falconridge and Castleridge, with the Saddletowne CTrain station a short ride away.
Because we share a building with a busy community centre, appointments can often be arranged around a swim, a class or picking children up from a program in the same building.

Billing and coverage
We direct bill most major extended health insurers, and we bill motor vehicle accident and WCB claims directly once the claim details are in place. Details are on the billing and pricing page.
Common questions
Do I need a doctor’s referral?
Physiotherapy is a direct-access profession in Alberta, so you do not need a referral to be assessed. Some insurance plans ask for one before they reimburse, so it is worth checking your policy.
Is there parking?
Yes — there is free parking in the Genesis Centre lot, with accessible stalls near the entrance.
What should I wear to an appointment?
Comfortable clothing you can move in. For a knee or ankle problem, shorts are useful; for a shoulder problem, a loose t-shirt or vest top.
How long is the first appointment?
Initial assessments are longer than follow-up visits so there is time to take a history, examine the area and start treatment. The clinic will confirm the length when you book.
